Thank you so much! – I added the line, but is there any way to force the condition to see if the error repeats?

I received about 10 of them last night, but am not sure what provoked the call.

Thanks for the prompt reply – yes, it doesn’t look much different at all….

I do use that cache plugin, and it seemed to be having trouble even after the initial load after updating.

This site has 1 form on it…..that is it… – so lemme see if it could be the form itself – but it was the bootstrap that snagged the most time on the network persist information.

That was my plan too if things didn’t work out – I was just trying to limit the customizations and allow myself the use of Themeblvd’s shortcodes within the HTLM blocks of the form.

Thanks for expediting finding the problem and a possible solution.

In playing with this today, I found that Formidable has a checkbox setting in a form’s General Settings labeled “Submit form with AJAX” . By deselecting this, I was also able to avoid the error. So thanks for pointing me in a good direction.

Yes, I am pretty sure it is with ajax.

Is there any info I can get you that would help in a solution?

Yes, I understand that, that is why this was confusing – it was full screen, maybe even above 100% of view…. would that cause this problem?

Ok then for the moment, as I don’t have access to that situation right now.

If I see this again, we will retry the refresh and then take a screenshot and send it.

Just thought there may be a setting I was missing.

    Thanks!

Actually, I had her do that and it did not help. Any other suggestions?

Awesome, how do I do this?

Ok, I tweaked the magnificpopup.min.js file a bit and have eliminated the jump in IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. It required making conditions for each of the browsers for marginLeft and overflow-y (scroll/hidden) to accomplish this. If you are interested, let me know and I will send the file.

I am sure this may require maintenance for updated browers in the future, but for now this is working for me.

    Thanks for the info –

I did notice the low download count and I DON’T want to be using PP… but the site looks broken and is distracting with the Magnific shift. I have tried all of the fixes given online for this issue, but none have worked for me yet….

    I will keep trying though.

Thanks for the clarification, it was as I had hoped.

    Hi,

Never could get this shift to stop and may consider using the Pretty Photo plugin.

Could you confirm the usage of these? if I use Pretty Photo, do I need to do anything to unhook/disable the magnific plugin?

Can I use rel=”prettyPhoto” and class=”themeblvd-lightbox mfp-image” together on an image without any problems? (I would like to eventually move forward to the magnific without having to move these in and out of the code)

Beautiful, thank you so much for the explanation – I should have made this easier at the start,
