    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I messed around for quite a while with those three logo settings. I tried configuring them all and various combinations of settings but it always showed both the main logo and the mobile version.

    The site is https://woodworkingmasterclasses.com

    I couldn’t leave things a mess so I have rolled back to 2.0.3

    I thought it could be the child theme causing the issues so I enabled the main theme and the duplicate logos were still there.

    Here is the CSS from my child theme in case that helps: http://pastebin.com/hYAcxus9

    This is awesome. Thank you!

    @themeblvd,

    Thanks very much for that!

    There is a fix on the Jetpack Github repository which solves this. See here: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/2708

    Thanks for the reply.

    Yes, the first post in the thread is now visible. However, the styling doesn’t look quite right.

    Any idea why Jetpack would break this?

    Hi @themeblvd,

    It has taken me far more time that it should have but i finally have something I am happy with.

    I gave up on having the separate menu for mobiles. It isn’t as elegant on a mobile but it seems to work fine.

    I ended up plugging into Bootstrap for styling using a dropdown button and, mostly, the default styling (yay Bootstrap!). So, by slightly modifying the code you shared and a few lines of CSS tweaks I think it looks pretty good.

    Here is how it looks now: https://cloudup.com/cNOZy1Qv_Z5

    Thanks so much!

    Hi @themeblvd,

    Thank you so much for making this available!

    I have been tinkering with it today and I feel I am nearly there. I have it up and running on a test site which is cool. The thing I haven’t been able to get working is the mobile menu. It almost looks like you are outputting that separately and just exchanging it for for something entirely different at 991px. Is that right?

    Best,

    Joseph

    Hi @mizzinc,

    Ha! I just emailed Jason about this the other day. He hasn’t replied yet but I am pretty sure that the User Menu is a bit of custom code. I would really appreciate it if Jason would Open Source it via Github or something.

    This is fantastic news!

    I am especially happy that it is available independently. This is really important to me.

    Quick note, on http://wpjumpstart.com/ the link to the changelog doesn’t work.

    Ok, first off, thank you @themeblvd for the awesome theme and support.

    I was really delighted with the direction that Jump Start 2 was going and really appreciate all the effort that has gone into it.

    That said, I specifically picked out a theme that was independent of Themeforest and wanted to support a business with a recognisable person behind it.

    I will use the RC version until I find something else but this is the end of the road as far as I am concerned.

    I certainly don’t blame you for making the switch if it makes financial sense and I am not complaining. I just want to make sure you know that there are some of us who liked the way you ran things before and who won’t follow on Jump Start’s journey to Themeforest.

    Sorry, I haven’t fixed it at all. I will stop posting until you have had chance to read through what I have posted.

    However, here is a recap of what I need.

    In WPJS 1.x I had it set up to register two menu items that would be rotated depending on whether someone was logged in or out. In WPJS Beta2 this still works except that on the mobile menu the submenus are not present.

    I just want to update the bits of code I used so that they will work with 2.x

    Best,

    Joseph

    OK, I have worked out how to fix the problem. I exchanged the ‘themeblvd_primary_menu_args’ for ‘themeblvd_get_wp_nav_menu_args’.

    So, the problem is resolved but I would appreciate it if you would still look over this code and see if it is setup correctly.

    /**
     * Added by JS
     * This exchanges menus based on whether users are logged in or not
     */

    function my_primary_menu_args( $args ) {

    	if( is_user_logged_in() ) {
    		$args['theme_location'] = 'logged-in';
    	} else {
    		$args['theme_location'] = 'logged-out';
    	}

    	return $args;
    }
    add_filter('themeblvd_get_wp_nav_menu_args', 'my_primary_menu_args');

    /**
     * Added by JS
     * Registers two new menus. See above.
     */

    function my_nav_menus( $menus ) {

    	$menus = array(
    		'logged-in'		=> __( 'Logged In Menu', 'themeblvd' ),
    		'logged-out'	=> __( 'Logged Out Menu', 'themeblvd' ),
    		'footer'		=> __( 'Footer Navigation', 'themeblvd' )
    	);

    	return $menus;

    }
    add_filter( 'themeblvd_nav_menus', 'my_nav_menus' );

    I believe that lines 16-27 of the pastebin above are where the menus are registered. Although it doesn’t use register_nav_menu.

    Yeah, I am a little confused why it should make a difference too.

    The site is https://woodworkingmasterclasses.com

    If you visit that site and squeeze the browser down to tablet size so that the mobile menu shows then there are no submenus for the ‘Gallery’ item.

    When I disabled my plugin with the hack I linked to above and enabled the same menu it worked just fine.

    @themeblvd, I should have checked thoroughly before reporting. It was a bit of my own code which worked from the previous version of the theme.

    Here is the offending code: http://pastebin.com/2QwCbfSL

    Could you help me work out how to update this to work with the beta?

    Its purpose is just to display a different menu to logged in users and logged out users.

    @themeblvd

    I really(!) like the way that bbPress is styled in the new beta.

    However, I would like to bring back the timestamps on the main forum listings page. Is there a way to do that?

    Thanks in advance.
