MemberI see where I went wrong. I was using the Templates and your layout-builder for pages and had not added a ‘headline’ element to show the page titles.
Do you think it makes sense, or is good practice, to show both a page title as well as the breadcrumbs, or maybe it looks too repetitive?
I also wondered if there is an option to change the grey textured colour that now shows behind the page titles headline element strip?

MemberThe reason I asked about the breadcrumbs/headings is that on mobile, without them, the user has no heading on the page, to know what page they have just navigated to?
The mobile-menu reverts back to showing ‘navigation’ and not the page heading. Any way to have that show the actual name of the page navigated to?
Or, is there a way to add a page heading to pages viewd on mobiles?

MemberOkay, but although the slider now shows on mobile, it sort of looks too small, any way to enlarge its height vertically on mobile?
Also, the breadcrumbs that show on desktop and serve as a heading for tha page, disappear on mobile, any way to get them to show on mobile?

MemberOkay, thanks.
Also, on mobile the homepage slider shows the images fully open and static and doesn’t slide them in as on desktop? So is there a way to get that to work on mobile?

MemberHi –
Another thing, the main menu on a mobile size screen seems to be permanently fully open and all the menu items always visible? I thought it was meant to be closed untill clicked on to reveal it?
The text on the site on a moblile size screen also seems a little small, is the theme working correctly in that respect?

MemberHi Jason –
Would it be okay to use this plugin for that purpose called: ‘Google Adwords Remarketing’? Or wouldn’t you recommend that approach?

MemberHi Jason –
No worries, I managed to get the widgets back in the end.
I noticed that these particular Widgets were located lower down in Widgets section, under ‘Inactive Widgets’. So I just drag-dropped them over to the existing Custom widget sections still showing, on the righthand side.
I updated the theme from V.1.0.0 by..
– Downloading the Zip from ThemeForest
– Activating another default theme in WP and then deleting the old Akita theme
– Then selecting and uploading the new Akita Zip via the Worpress AdminJohn

MemberHi Jason –
All we have done is use the elements and features available within the theme to build the site, so I would say we have not made any ‘code customisations’.
But just to make sure, where and how exactly would ‘code cusomisations’ have been placed had we made them?
