I am logged in as an admin. I haven’t made any changes to the child theme, however I did move all my content from one domain to another domain a while back. Perhaps this could be the culprit, but I also moved all the content again to a different site and Theme Options is still available on that one.
Sorry this may be a little confusing so here is an example. I first created a wordpress website with the Alyeska theme on testing.com. After I finished the test website, I moved all the content to real1.com. I then moved all the content again to a different domain, real2.com. Real1.com is missing Theme Options, but Real2.com is fine.
Plugins I am using are W3 Total Cache, Tablepress, and Jetpack.
awesome thanks jason. really appreciate all of your timely answers and help you have given me.
Hello, can you give an example for what the HTML would look like if you placed it in the “raw” content box?
Thank you
exactly what i was looking for. thanks jason!
Actually I got the homepage back to what it was, but do you know how I can change the Header Text to include my phone number, fax, and address in bold and bigger font?
Thank you.
