I received an email from Themeforest saying the theme was updated. What’s the procedure for updating it ? Il just replace the theme folder with the new version of the theme folder I dowloaded from Themeforest ?

Yup, that’s about it. What version are you currently using? If you’re using a version of Barely Corporate prior to 4.0, then you need to update manually. Here’s a long video that you’ve essentially already summed up with this one sentence:
