Warning for missing argument after WPML installation

I get warning for missing argument in a function. See attached images.
The problem disappears if i deactivate the ThemBLVD Layout Builder plugin.
It is only connected to the layout builder plugin, all other plugins can be activated.

I don’t know if this is a problem in ThemeBLVD or in WPML, what do you think?

Are you using Jump Start 1.2.2? I’m hoping this is the same issue I fixed earlier this week.
