Visual Editor tab – shows blank page

When I login to the admin panel and view a [page] the visual editor is blank and clicking on TAB to switch or reload has no effect.

WordPress 3.5. view through Firefox on a Mac
client viewed in google chrome same issue.
Same issue for [posts].
TEXT tab show code fine…

Can you send me a login to your WP admin so I can check it out? I have a feeling it’s an issue with how something is configured on your server. You can send the info to me privately by going to My Account > Submit Private Info.

I’m afraid this isn’t quite what I thought and looks like is going to be a more challenging issue to tackle that I unfortunately don’t have the answer for you on.

Your issue doesn’t have anything to do with the theme or any plugins you’re using. I activated the default Twenty Twelve theme and de-activated the one plugin you had which was All-in-one-SEO, and you still had the exact same issue when editing pages and posts. So, this suggests something is off with your WP installation.

I’ve personally never seen this before. You may want to try posting on WordPress.org forums and see if someone else has some more ideas as this is now just a general WordPress issue.

Still researching I noticed another user (different theme) on this forum had same issue with no results yet? :

Well with the first person in that topic it was a permissions issue with files of the theme on their server. But on with the second person I’m not sure yet.

On your site, it’s happening with WordPress’s default theme, though. Your specific problem doesn’t relate to the Complexity theme in any way (where as the first person in that other topic could narrow it down to files of the theme). It’s something with your WP installation. But I searched around on the wordpress.org forums, and tons of people are having similar problems it looks like with no real clear answer on how to resolve.
