Shortcodes not working in widgets after updating the theme

    Hi,

    WordPress doesn’t support shortcodes in widgets by default. I’m guessing maybe you added a code customization directly to the theme previously that accomplished this. This is why it’s important to never do this; always make code customizations from a child theme.
