    Hi,

After updating to WordPress 4.3 I cannot save anything in the widgets as well as edit my sliders (can not create a new slider show as well).

With the widget I can edit it but when I click save circle comes up saving it is try to save, but never stops. Never showing that it has been saved.

    Thanks,

    Toni

    Hi Toni,

First I want to make sure you’re using a modern version of the theme. What version of the the theme are you using? Is it up-to-date? Are all your plugins up-to-date?

Have you tried completely clearing your browser cache since updating? Or switching to a different one to see if that’s the issue?

Have you gone through the plugins you have installed? The theme doesn’t add any javascript to the widgets page of WordPress; so it would make sense you have another plugin active doing the damage.

Your issue is a browser side javascript issue. So look for a plugin that adds some sort of functionality to your WP admin that would be present throughout. Try deactivating it and clearing your browser cache.

Thanks. It was a plugin. The plugin automatically updated so I didn’t realized that it did.

Out of curiosity do you mind sharing what the plugin was?

WooCommerce. But I deactivated it and the theme functionality came back. I reactivated it and all is working fine so must be something in the cache that was being remembered.

    Thanks
