I just updated my TB plugins and got this notice:

You are currently running a theme with Theme Blvd framework v2.2.0. To get the best results from this version of the Theme Blvd Layout Builder, you should update your current theme to its latest version, which will contain framework v2.2.1+.

Is there an update for Jumpstart or should I just dismiss the message?

Yup, there is an update, v1.0.1. Go to Appearance > Themes in your WordPress admin to update it.

Updated the Theme and this is fine now.
