I want to update the theme. I have the 1.1.4 version.

    I watched your video http://vimeo.com/41533135
but the problem is I can’t find any options to delete the theme.

I simply don’t find some options that you describe in the video and in your reply http://support.themeblvd.com/forums/topic/theme-blvd-envato-updates/

Also I made a mistake – instead of trying to delete the theme, I just tried the option install new theme. I got a response that it is not possible to install. After that the right side widget on homepage is not visible any more.

    Any suggestions what to do?

I have solved the update problem via FTP, but all the widget content is gone.

    Hello,

For the future, here’s the most recent information from your updated documentation:

    http://support.themeblvd.com/docs/theme-updates/#themeforest

You may want to setup the “Automatic Updates” method.

I have solved the update problem via FTP, but all the widget content is gone.

In the future if you’re using the FTP method, this process shouldn’t involve anything in your WP admin. You just need to FTP into your site and replace the old files with the new files. But once you start activating, deactivating, deleting, uploading themes, etc, in your WP admin, your widgets and other settings are going to start getting messed with.

But for now, you should hopefully be able to find your previously configured widgets in the “Inactive Widgets” section of Appearance > Widgets. Then just drag them back to where they belong.
