    Hi,
I am currently using the Barely Corporate theme. The theme blvd short code for post content is only showing the excerpt. I noticed on other forms you have solved this, but I do not have access to that post thread to see your solution.

Thank-you for any incite you may have.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Unfortunately, this is no longer a parameter for the shortcode. It was removed a little while back for safety reasons to avoid users accidentally getting themselves trapped within an infinite loop.

If you need to display a post list where you display full content, you’d need to use one of the other methods of displaying a post list, like the Layout Builder for example.

    My site is http://www.bwfli.com/
I am having this same problem. On the Home page, I used to have this shortcode:
    [post_list numberposts=”1″ link=false category_name=”weekly-thoughts” link_url=”http://bwfli.com/weekly-thoughts” post_content=”content” ]
which showed the current post and I had a “more” button to go to the full post.
Then, I have updated the Akita theme to the current 2.1.6 version and now it only shows an excerpt.
So I viewed the Theme builder video and went to the Home page template and inserted the newly made shortcode:
    [post_list thumbs=”hide” category_name=”weekly-thoughts” numberposts=”1″ orderby=”date” order=”DESC”]
and I have set all the Theme Options Content for full posts.
How do I get my full posts back?
    Thanks. Rick

@ricksouth Please see previous response. There is no longer a parameter for this in the shortcode. You’d need to setup your homepage with a custom layout, if you wish to use this option in a post list, as it’s no longer accessible through using the shortcode, for safety reasons.
