Team Bio Sidebar

I’d like to put team bios in a sidebar on my ‘About Us” page.

I created a custom sidebar (I love custom sidebars! – such a great feature)

I created 2 posts with bios in them

How do I display the posts (picture plus text) in the sidebar? If I use post display I just get the pictures /

Or – it there a better way to do this?

Hi,

It looks like you figured out a way to do it? If you’re comfortable with basic HTML, that’s definitely a simple and efficient way to handle it — that being to just put the image and text HTML in a WordPress text widget. I’m sure if you search on wordpress.org, you’ll find sidebar widgets that dynamically display posts in all kinds of different ways, as well.
