Strange white bar

Use this theme for a small conference website that was just updated and relaunched today, and two people in the office are seeing a random, long white box appear on various pages when they use the Chrome browser. The box obscures text and goes away if you reload the page or swipe your mouse over the text (when you do that, you see the text but the bar continues obscuring sidebars, etc.) I use Chrome, but can’t get the error to duplicate for me — I never see the box. We are all using Windows 7. One of the people just downloaded and installed Chrome today, and added no extensions or any other changes.

I’m at a loss, and just thought I would ask if you might have any idea what this might be or where to start looking.
