Sticky Header

Is it possible to make the header sticky? I know there are some plugins out there that can do it, but I would prefer to use the theme framework if possible.

Hello Alan,

You’d still have a lot of custom coding to do, but Twitter Bootstrap, the frontend framework that comes with Jump Start, does include a JavaScript component called Affix.

The Affix Javascript component is all included by default for you. So you can start by following documentation for it here:

In another theme using the same framework as Jump Start, I attempted to implement it in the header, but far from perfect at this point. But you’re free to check out that as an example.
