Show Main Blog Page in Breadcrumbs

Is there a way to include the main blog page in a post’s breadcrumb trail between the home link and the category?

So it would go Home – Blog – Category – Post Name.

Right now it is just Home – Category – Post Name.

I was wondering the same thing. People want the Blog page (the page specified in the Reading Settings as the default posts page) to be included in the breadcrumb trail, so they can navigate back to the Blog page via the breadcrumbs to read other posts.

I think that the NavXT Breadcrumbs plugin handles this. However, I’m doing some other things with TB breadcrumbs (link post to page), so I’d rather not install a different plugin.

I guess I could rewrite the TB breadcrumb filter to include the Blog home page in the trail.
