This will be a CSS customization you’ll need to make. See here:

    http://support.themeblvd.com/forums/topic/css-customizations-how-to-remove-the-accent-color-bar-across-top-of-header/

I also want to make my logo even big as the pictures below.

By default the header only has 920px of space for the logo to fill up, while the slider below is about 930px.

This would also be a CSS customization you’d need to make to the theme, but you could probably reduce padding in the header. Right now you’re looking at 960px header with 20px padding on the sides (making 920px). You could reduce that to 15px on each side, giving you then 930px.

Just copy the snippet from here, and put it with where ever you’re doing your CSS customizations.

Your CSS customizations can go in the “Custom CSS” option on your Theme Options page. Or, you can setup a child theme, and put the CSS customizations in your child theme’s style.css file.

For CSS changes, it’s a good idea to use a tool like firebug or Google Chrome’s built-in developer tools to locate them and then put the edits either in your child theme‘s style.css or in the “Custom CSS” option on your theme options page.

Also, here’s a helpful tutorial on how to use Firebug – http://vimeo.com/20917974. The only thing I’d suggest not doing is actually making edits to the theme’s CSS files, as it shows at the end of that video. However, the video serves as a good introduction to Firebug and how it can be used to find what CSS is effecting certain areas of your site without ever digging around in any files.

Please also remember that support doesn’t include providing customizations. So, as you get further into customizing beyond user options, it’s going to be imperative that you start to learn how the CSS works and basic child theming.

It sounds like you don’t have your correct twitter feed name saved to the widget —

Try going to Appearance > Widgets, and delete the current Tweeple Feed widget from your sidebar. Then, re-add the Tweeple Feed widget to your sidebar, select your Twitter feed from the dropdown list, and save it.
