Where are the theme's "Post Options" saved in my WordPress database?

What are the DB tables/IDs for the post options? We frequently need to batch changes them (there are a few plugins that do it, and there’s always phpMyAdmin).

These are stored as meta data (i.e. also known as “custom fields”) to the posts.
