New Domain and Moving Site Contents

I would like to move my website that I currently have to a new domain. Would I have to purchase a new copy of the Alyeska Theme for the new domain?

How would I move my contents to the new domain as seamlessly as possible?

I would say If you’re just moving to a new domain, then you don’t need to buy anything, but if you’re going to have two separate websites running with the theme, then you’d need purchase a second license from ThemeForest.
