I own Swagger and have often used the feature in the Configuration tab for setting mobile navigation as a select menu. How can I do this in JumpStart?

I don’t have any kind of tutorial for this, unfortunately. To create a custom menu output, you’d hook your own function “themeblvd_header_menu” —
There’s a function in the theme you can use to output a select menu like this:
echo themeblvd_nav_menu_select( 'primary' );
What I do in Swagger is output it above the
nav#access element. Then, I just essentially swap hiding and showing the two elements with CSS display property, depending on if it’s mobile or not. So, the select menu is hidden, then you get to mobile, the select menu shows and
nav#access is hidden.
