Mobil Device GRAPHIC Navigation MENU doesn't properly toggles on.

Hi Jason,
Could you please find out why on my website, http://www.baliberty.com,
when viewed on smartphone, the Primary Navigation Menu doesn’t display properly.
Normally, each header of the menu (accueil, presentation, sites de plongée, formations, formules, best of bali, bonus, contact) should be like this
[url=http://postimg.org/image/bkh7tglnh/][img]http://s30.postimg.org/bkh7tglnh/Capture_d_e_cran_2016_03_19_a_22_40_24.jpg[/img][/url]
1 on a full with,
1 below the other 1.
On my site, there is 2 or 3 header menu on the same line,
[url=http://postimg.org/image/64r9s68l7/][img]http://s9.postimg.org/64r9s68l7/Capture_d_e_cran_2016_03_19_a_22_44_17.jpg[/img][/url].
How can i fix it ?
