How change image in logo at header?
As shown in the above video, you’ll want to configure your theme options page found at Appearance > Theme Options in your WP admin. Specifically, the logo image is set from Appearance > Theme Options > Layout > Header.
How to obtain and install “Gravity Forms” plugin? And configure it to work as in your example.
Gravity Forms is a third-party plugin, which is not affiliated with. It can be purchased at their website, and you can get very helpful support from their staff on how to use it. Also, it’s a very popular plugin, and so I’m sure you can find some video tutorials online if you search.
