Link to a tab

    I would like to link directly to a tab — i.e. create a link to a page that will automatically open a specific tab on that page. Is this possible? I tried using the tab id, but that didn’t work.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    This was made possible in Arcadian 2.0.2 —

    http://themeblvd.com/changelog/?theme=arcadian

    However, it requires code customizations from a child theme. In the functions.php of your child theme, you’d need to enable this feature like this:

    add_filter( 'themeblvd_tabs_deep_linking', '__return_true' );

    The ID of the tab you’re linking to will then be the name of the tab in all lowercase, replacing any spaces with underscrores — i.e. “My Tab Title” has id “my_tab_title”.

    And then when linking to a tab, you need to prefix the id of the tab with “tab_” — For example:

    http://your-site.com/page-with-tabs/#tab_my_tab_title

    Hi, ¿If this possible in Arcadian 2.0.3?

    Thanks

    Yup. It was added in Arcadian 2.0.2. So, it’s possible in every version after.
