JumpStart Slider issues

I just uploaded the jumpstart theme to a server and am trying to build a custom layout. When I attempt to add a slider, the theme loads a blank page and times out. Any suggestion on how to repair this, I have managed hosting on this account and the server company cannot find any errors.

Hello,
This is something specifically anyone has ever reported to me, so I don’t have any general idea of what it theoretically could be. I’d start with checking your server’s error log. There would have to be something specific on your server that would be blocking something of the plugin or causing some sort of error with the plugin.
