    Hi,

I’ve never had anyone report having this issue before and can’t reproduce on my end. So I’m honestly not quite sure how it could be possible without some kind of interference with a third-party plugin you’d be using, or possibly the theme files being incomplete (maybe after a manual update you did, and not all files got uploaded properly?).

Aside from obviously checking to make sure you’ve uploaded the entire updated theme properly, completely overriding the files of the old one (if you used the in-dashboard update system you wouldn’t have to worry about this), I’m not entirely sure what to tell you other than to do the standard troubleshooting techniques of just temporarily disabling plugins that add stuff to your WordPress admin, to see if one causes some sort of conflict.

    Hi Jason

thanks for the info, I have submitted this to teh plugin author for the plugin causing the problem (wpdownloadmanager) and willl let you know what repsonse I get.

Is thie anything that I can look for as support for the plugin is a bit lax.

    thanks

Honestly, I can’t think of what a plugin could be doing how that would be possible. And you may get a similar answer from them about the theme. So, you may a bit stuck, and just need to find some other plugin that works with the theme.
