How to fix the problem with Theme Blvd Shortcodes

I’m using the Denali theme (with child) and the Theme Blvd Shortcodes is not working.
At the beginning of the use of themes and plug everything worked, but after the installation WooCommerce, bbPress and Gravity Form I’ve noticed that Theme Blvd Shortcodes began to work properly.

I’m unistall all plugins and install only recommended Addons again (whithout bbPress, WooCommerce, Gravity Form), but problem is still not resolved.
What can I do about it?

Hi,

I would think it’s probably unlikely that WooCommerce, bbPress or Gravity Forms would cause the issue just because these are the plugins many people use with our shortcodes plugin and I do the development with, and I’ve never heard of this issue. Unless it’s something from a really recent update to one of those plugins, I suppose?

Is it possible that you have another plugin installed that could be causing the conflict? Have you tried to isolate the issue a little more specifically, by deactivating plugins one-by-one and trying the shortcode generator? Also, when you are deactivating and activating plugins to see specifically what is causing the issue, it’s really important that you’re clearing your browser cache.
