Has the url form to navigate direct to tabs changed?

A few years ago I asked if it was possible to enter a direct URL for tabs. I have this in my records::
http://axiomaction.com/books/#estate
but today it’s not working. And when I mouseover the tab in Firefox it displays this in its lower-left-corner field:
http://axiomaction.com/books#estate
but it doesn’t work either when I enter it in the address field.

Is there a new format for directly navigating to a tab on a page?

It hasn’t changed, I don’t think, no. But you are not linking to the correct URL according to what I told you last time. See our previous conversation:
