    Hi Olivier,

    I apologize for the confusion. We just launched a new wpjumpstart.com last night on a new server. So, currently our domain DNS records are still propagating around the world, and not everyone is seeing the new website just yet.

    We’re in the process of moving all support and account handling for Jump Start customers to wpjumpstart.com. There will be some announcements in the coming week about these changes, and the eventual closure of the support forums here.

    Were you able to login to wpjumpstart.com and get all of our downloads?
