different slider on same page

I use qtranslate, and a ilke to be able to show french slider on french version on the page and english slider on english version of the page…

so my solution, i remove the slider completely, and at this place, get a shortcode in feature above to output code for the RIGHT slider… but content RAW is not interpreted as a shortcode… it output as text..

q- how to get a shorcut to execute in the “above” section ?

You could hook manually to the featured area from your child theme functions.php if you wanted:

These areas definitely do run WordPress shortcodes. I think qTranslate just doesn’t register true shortcodes; they’ve got some other filters on the_content that simulate shortcodes.
