Custom template layout does not display for Woo Commerce shop

I was trying to do a layout for the homepage of my shop but I can’t seem to get the custom layout to display. I did the following:
– 1. Added a new template “Shop Homepage #3,” using the sample layout “Shop homepage #2” as my starting point.
– 2.On the Shop page, I chose “Custom Layout” for my template.
– 3. Synced the page with the Shop Homepage #3 template.
– 4. Updated the page.

That should be all there is to it. Can you please post a link to the page where you’ve applied the template?

It’s probably worth noting that if you’ve set this page as your “shop page” through WooCommerce settings page, then the custom template will not be applied, as this setting tells WooCommerce to override the page with its own template. So, you need to make sure that this page is not set as your actual WooCommerce shop page. Create some sort of secondary page for that.
