Change Slogan Text Size in v4.1.2

    I’ve just updated Barely Corporate to v4.1.2. In the previous version I had added a custom style to increase the “Slogan” text size which worked fine. Now this custom style is ignored. In the builder I can choose between 4 text sizes but the largest size is too small for my purpose. I can’t locate the Slogan-style in the style sheet. Where else can I look to influence the text size?

    Thanks for your help!

    For CSS changes, it’s a good idea to use a tool like firebug or Google Chrome’s built-in developer tools to locate them and then put the edits either in your child theme‘s style.css or in the “Custom CSS” option on your theme options page.

    So, for example by inspecing the slogan element, we can see the main text can be adjusted like this:

    .tb-slogan .slogan-text.text_large { font-size: 20px; }

    Note: In this example, I have the “Large” size selected in the element’s options.

    Also, here’s a helpful tutorial on how to use Firebug – The only thing I’d suggest not doing is actually making edits to the theme’s CSS files, as it shows at the end of that video. However, the video serves as a good introduction to Firebug and how it can be used to find what CSS is effecting certain areas of your site without ever digging around in any files.
