Cannot Edit Templates

    Hi,
    I was having a problem when I went into Builder where I could see builds I made and their properties but when I clicked the arrow to edit them nothing happened (even if I added new elements or a whole new build). I realized I was out of date and upgrade to the latest version of everything (which changed Builder to Templates). I am still having the same problem. I have cleared my browsers cache, tried multiple browsers and multiple computers. I am running Arcadian 2.1.0.1 with Theme Blvd Framework 2.4.5 and WordPress 4.3.1

    Hi,

    If you are all up to date and have cleared your browser cache, I’m not sure what the problem could be other than possibly a 3rd party plugin causing a conflict? If you want to send a login to your WordPress admin, I can take a look?

    You’ve got a plugin called Xpert Accordion that appears to be causing issues all over your WordPress admin, including interfering with our layout builder. I didn’t want to mess with disabling plugins on your site, but I believe disabling it should solve your issue. No plugin should be including javascript and CSS assets randomly throughout all pages of the entire WordPress admin for no reason. I would consider ditching the plugin.
