    Apologies, but I’m not sure I know what you mean. Bootstrap wasn’t touched in the last update.

    Like I said, I didn’t change anything in Bootstrap; it wasn’t updated or anything, either. Maybe there’s some other CSS somewhere interfering the specific things you’re trying like vertical nav-pills? Have you tried to inspect and see what the issue is to why what you’re trying to isn’t working on your site?
