    Hi,

Does this by chance happen only after you click to copy an existing element in the builder? If so, it’s a bug in the JavaScript but you can fix by simply removing the forward slashes before saving the layout.

Or does the builder show no forward slashes and they only appear on the frontend of your site after you save? If so, this is an issue with your server setup. It means you have something called magic quotes enabled in your PHP. You can ask your host to disable it.

Also note that if you have magic quotes it means your version of PHP on your server is quite outdated (most likely 5.2). WordPress requires PHP 5.2+, but suggests 5.6+.

    Thank you!

I updated the site from our hosts default PHP (PHP 5.3.29) to PHP 7.0.4 and took out the ‘/’ and re-saved and it seems to be corrected now.
