Applying full width featured images to custom post types

The new theme option, Featured Images & Galleries, in Single Posts is really nice. Selecting “Full width, above content” is really slick. On one of my sites we have three additional post types we would like to apply this to. Is there a filter where we can apply this setting to selective post types?
