Adding Top Menu in Header Bar

    Hello,

In the theme bases, all images show a top menu. I created a menu and then used the Theme Blvd Horizontal Menu widget which I added to Ads Above Header (no menu showed when I added to Ads Above Content). Now I have a gray menu bar, but I was hoping it would instead look like the html that I added to the blue header bar – which pretty much parallels the images in the theme bases.

Is there a way to do this?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I’m looking at your site, and it looks like you’ve figured out that answer to your question? The top bar you see in the little preview image for the theme bases is the top bar you’re already utilizing where you can put your header text, social icons, search icon, etc.

There’s no feature in the theme for this to be a dynamic menu. I would say through the user options, your best bet would just be to put the HTML for your links into the header text option, as you’re already doing. If you want a dynamic menu, you’d need to play with the “themeblvd_header_top” action hook.
