Jump Start Customers

Manual Updates

For making manual updates to the theme, you can download the latest version of the theme from your Downloads page at support.themeblvd.com, while logged into the account you used when making the purchase at wpjumpstart.com.
Go to {Your Username} > Downloads, download the main Jump Start theme ZIP, unzip it, and upload the resulting “jumpstart” folder to /wp-content/themes/ of your WordPress installation.

In-Dashboard Updates

When running Jump Start, you can receive in-dashboard updates through your WordPress admin panel directly from Theme Blvd servers for up to one year from the time of your purchase.

After you’ve activated your license, you will be prompted in the future from Appearance > Themes to update when a new version is available from Theme Blvd servers.

Here are the steps to activate your license from your WordPress admin panel. —

  1. Obtain your license key.
    Login to your account at support.themeblvd.com and go to {Your Username} > Purchases, from the user menu in the top right corner of the website. Make sure to login with the same username you used when making your purchase at wpjumpstart.com.

  2. Save your license key.
    On your website where you have Jump Start running, go to Appearance > Theme License, paste in your license key, and save the options page.

  3. Activate your license key.
    After you’ve saved your license key, you can now click the “Activate License” button that appears.

  4. Verify the activation.
    If your license key was successfully activated, you’ll now see the green “active” text.

Note: Not sure what your account is on support.themeblvd.com? Whatever username/password you used when checking out at wpjumpstart.com is what you use at support.themeblvd.com.

ThemeForest Customers

Manual Updates

For making manual updates to the theme, you can download the latest version of the theme from your Downloads page at themeforest.net, while logged into the account you used to make your purchase.

Go to My Account > Downloads, download the installable theme ZIP, unzip it, and upload the resulting “theme-name” folder to /wp-content/themes/ of your WordPress installation.

In-Dashboard Updates

Starting with themes containing Theme Blvd Framework v2.3, you can receive in-dashboard updates through your WordPress admin panel directly from Envato servers.

Here’s how to set things up. —

  1. Obtain an Envato API key.
    Login to the account at themeforest.net that you’ve purchased the theme with. Then go to {Username} > Settings > API Keys to generate and retrieve an API key for your account.

  2. Input your Envato username and API key.
    From within your WordPress admin panel, where you’ve installed the theme, go to Appearance > Updates, and input the information.

  3. Update notifications.
    When an update is available from Envato servers, you will see a notice under Appearance > Themes to make the update.

  4. Note: Remember that the check for updates is cached, and so generally you will not see update notices instantly. Please allow 24 hours for update notices to show up after they’ve been posted.

    Mojo Themes Customers

    Manual Updates

    For making manual updates to the theme, you can download the latest version of the theme from your Downloads page at mojo-themes.com, while logged into the account you used to make your purchase.

    Go to My Account > My Downloads, and download your theme package. Make sure to unzip your main theme package, and then find the “theme-name.zip” file within. Then, unzip that and upload the resulting “theme-name” folder to /wp-content/themes/ of your WordPress installation.

    In-Dashboard Updates

    In-dashboard updates are currently not supported for Mojo Themes customers.

    Creative Market Customers

    Manual Updates

    For making manual updates to the theme, you can download the latest version of the theme from your Purchases page at creativemarket.com, while logged into the account you used to make your purchase.

    Go to My Account > Purchases, and download your theme package. Make sure to unzip your main theme package, and then find the “theme-name.zip” file within. Then, unzip that and upload the resulting “theme-name” folder to /wp-content/themes/ of your WordPress installation.

    In-Dashboard Updates

    In-dashboard updates are currently not supported for Creative Market customers.
