Perfect. Thank you!
OK, I’ll let the client know they need to do that at some point.
Actually, I installed a plugin to log deprecated calls and it says “Function: add_object_page() – Used in wp-content/plugins/theme-blvd-sliders/includes/admin/class-tb-sliders-admin.php on line 35.”
Yes, they are all up to date. Now I’m thinking this is possibly being caused by another plugin? The line number in functions.php just has the code for showing the deprecation error. Does that sound like what is happening here?
OK, thanks so much for the detailed explanation. I appreciate your time!November 19, 2015 at 11:00 pm in reply to: SSL white screen caused by ThemeBlvd widget areas plugin? #24197
I think it has to do with the HTTPS (SSL) plugin and the password protection. The password form isn’t calling the action using https. I’m going to try using a custom form…November 19, 2015 at 10:27 pm in reply to: SSL white screen caused by ThemeBlvd widget areas plugin? #24194
Dammit! Sorry – should have read further into the warning. I deactivated the plugin and of course, the white screen is still there. Thanks again for your help. Sorry to bother you!
OK, that works for me. Thank you!October 23, 2015 at 10:41 pm in reply to: Search action creates SSL mixed content error in Chrome #23696
Actually the first string worked but only when I put it in the JumpStart searchform.php. It doesn’t seem to be recognizing the searchform.php in my child theme. I’ll try to figure that out.
In the meantime, it’s working using:
<?php echo esc_url( '/', 'https' ); ?>
But it didn’t work with:
<?php echo esc_url( home_url( '/', 'https' ) ); ?>
I really do appreciate your time. Have a great weekend!October 23, 2015 at 8:50 pm in reply to: Search action creates SSL mixed content error in Chrome #23692
That didn’t work either. Thinking my https plugin is behind it.
Thanks for your time.
Yes, that is what I finally did. Thanks so much!
OK, I think that is too much for a simple photo gallery. Thank you for clarifying though!September 11, 2015 at 9:22 pm in reply to: Sidebars with new layout builder and JumpStart 2.0 #23181
Thumbs up on allowing for custom layout in the content area of a sidebar template. Either that or allowing columns elements within columns (down 1 level only). It’s just much easier for an end user to update elements rather than hoping they will understand how to keep the shortcodes intact.
Thanks for the great theme and excellent support!
That seems to have fixed it. Thanks!
