TBH – the client has done the layout on the home page so not sure what they’ve done? Thanks Jason – I’ll revert back to them. You’re a star. Cheers

Yes – I know. It makes absolutely no logical sense it would be the theme if it is showing OK half the time. After posting this to you last night, I asked the hosts to change the wait_timout value to 1500. So far, the error has not reappeared after about 20 mins of refreshing. I will test periodically and if it reappears (as it has constantly done over the last 2 months) I will try your fix above and let you know the outcome here in case someone else comes across same. Thanks so much for getting back to me on this.

    Thanks Jason,

Yes – I get this error -Failed to load: http://mydomainname.au/wp-content/themes/alyeska/framework/shortcodes/tinymce/editor_plugin.php wp-tinymce.php:2
    goodbye dopr.js:2

So I will send to hosts and see what they say.

    Cheers – Catie

Hi – I just deleted the .htaccess file that Sucuri’s plugin generated/added to the wp_content folder and all back to normal.

Dang – Jason – This has occurred before for me. I just used Sucuri’s wp-content hardening option as advised above and now the visual editor has disappeared. Refer to screen shot. Other than clearing from HTaccess any suggestions here.

Hi there MIkeC – Yes I’ve tested on a live site and all is cool other than some small formatting issues in the single product pages i.e the bulleted list of links to ‘additional info’ and ‘reviews’ are aligning over the product image.

But no ‘fatal errors’ like is happening for another theme I’m using (and for several others on themeforest forums as well).

    Thank you again Jason.

    Cheers:)

Hey there Kenny – No fix other than deleting at this point and sourcing an alternative unfortunately. I’ve sent off a support ticket to the developer so I will let you know if he comes back with a fix. I’d have my IT guys check it out but it’s just as simple to delete and find another compatible plugin. Yes – like you it was breaking javascript for other themes as well. I tried changing settings to no avail. I also turned off all other plugins and had only WP Socialiser running (to eliminate the possibility it may have been a compatibility issue with another plugin – not the theme) and still same drama – on three different themes from different developers.

I’ll let you know if I hear anything back from the developer.
