    Hi Jason,

Send you a twitter message a few days ago but no reply at all?

My client uses Alyseka and wants to have a multiple language version of his website.
I can translate a lot of pages but the homepage, menu, widgets how do you do that?

    Stefan

    Hello Stefan,

In all honestly, I don’t know what message you’re referring to, but please remember that I do not handle any customer support through my personal Twitter, Facebook, email, etc. You’re in the right place here for any theme-specific customer support.

Have you checked out our WPML Bridge plugin?

    http://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-blvd-wpml-bridge/

Here’s a website with all the information on using Theme Blvd themes, WPML, and the WPML Bridge together:

    http://wpml.themeblvd.com

Basically the idea behind the plugin is that you’ll now have a Theme Options panel for each language. This is one way you can incorporate separate homepage layouts for each language:

    http://wpml.themeblvd.com/documentation/custom-homepage-layouts/

Setting up your menus involves a WPML addon that doesn’t actually have anything to do with the theme you’re using. You can contact WPML support for more information on that.

Also, widgets don’t really have all that much to do with the theme either. Here’s a popular article from WPML that describes how to use the popular widget logic plugin to accomplish having different widgets for different languages:

    Hi Jason,

Thank you for the quick reply!@ยง

I just downloaded the bridge plugin and activated it.

After going to the theme options I get the following error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function themeblvd_get_formatted_options() in /home/pottchange/domains/pottchange.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/theme-blvd-wpml-bridge/includes/legacy.php on line 674

Am I doing something wrong here?

    Stefan

What version of Alyeska are you using? You’ll need to be using at least Alyeska 2.1, or higher I believe.
