WP Deals incompatibility

Hi Jason,

I hope this is something you can help me with.

I tried using akita with WP Deals plugin and style are broken.

When I use default WP theme the styles are OK.

By the way, the demo link is fresh WP install. It has nothing else but WP Deals and Akita.

I apologize but making this plugin compatible with the theme will be a customization you’ll need to make to the theme.

It appears its templating system works by essentially manually including the current theme’s header.php and footer.php around its content. This may work in some themes like the default theme, but will not in many others.

I would say it’s going to take some work getting this one looking good with the theme. You’d have to figure out how it’s templating works to get all the correct HTML markup and sidebars in the right place, and then I’m sure you’ll quite a bit of work with CSS styling.
