Videos in Slideshows

On your demo site, your slideshow includes a Vimeo video but I don’t see how to do that: is that a portfolio item ? How do I create a slideshow of portfolio items ?

Hello,

These are custom content slides. When you’re setting up a Slide, you can set it to be an image slide or a content slide. When configuring it as a content slide, you can put whatever HTML you want into the content and that will show in the slide.

Also in your documentation that came in your download package there are all of the content slides’ HTML used in the live demo for reference.

Hmm…. that’s a lot of extra work. Why can’t you just make a slideshow of portfolio items ? Would be so much quicker.

Anyway, I tried it – with the URL of “http://youtu.be/tw-TCinmxKE” and I just get an error of “You entered a video URL that isn’t compatible with this shortcode.”. I’m using the ‘Staged Video’ code from the docs, but there is no example for YouTube videos, only Vimeo.
