Hello,

This will be a customization you’d need to make to the theme. You can do this from the functions.php of your Child theme. You’d just register your own version of jQuery with function “wp_register_script” in a your own function hooked to “wp_enqueue_scripts”.

You probably also want to hook your function to “wp_enqueue_scripts” at a priority less than 10.

However, keep in mind that currently the theme will not be compatible with jQuery 1.9, so you may want to be careful with messing with that.
