Update from Alyeska 2.1.5

Hi, I am neither very bright nor am I a coder (I chose Alyeska because it was pretty). Could somebody please point me to the complete instructions (preferably with videos, comic-style pictures, no long words, and breaks for coffee every 15 minutes) for bringing a site featuring Alyeska Version 2.1.5 with Child Theme up to date, in easy to manage steps, without the requirement for prescription medication.

I believe have seen it somewhere, but I cannot find what I am looking for.
