Toggle not closing last border line

Hi, on some of my toggle items, the bottom line in the toggle set is not showing. Is there anything I can do to rectify this? On some pages it works, on others it does not. The html seems identical in both pages.. is there something I am missing?

Are you putting the word “last” on the last toggle of each set?
