Theme Blvd News Scroller Widget Feed occasionally blank

Using the plugin and widget on the bottom of this site: http://btcondo.com/. Three things:

1. I’m having a problem with the feed occasionally going blank as I click through different pages.
2. The transition timing on home page sometimes gets tied to the main slider, not matter what I adjust the widget setting to. May be because slider also uses Flexslider? Is there a way for me to make sure the timing is different from the slider? (I’ve adjusted slider delay and news feed delay multiple times, but nothing works.)
3. Is there a way for me to make the post title link to the full post?
