Swagger Upgrade Procedures

Greetings.

I received an email that there was a swagger theme upgrade and downloaded the file themeforest-930581-swagger-responsive-wordpress-theme.zip. I looked, albeit briefly, in the docs and online for upgrade information and nothing jumped out at me. What is the recommended procedure for upgrading an already existing site?
