    Hi there,

Has anyone else seen this, I am working on a redesign of our website, and have built a custom child theme from Alyeska.

BUT on chrome the bottom corners of the content appear to be displayed incorrectly.

    Here is the site.

if you look at the bottom of the white background, both the bottom corners are displayed incorrectly.

Any ideas how I can fix this ?

    many thanks

    Mark

    Hello Mark,

Here’s what I’m seeing in the latest version of Chrome on a standard resolution Mac:

Are you on some sort of HiDPI or “Retina” display? Or are you maybe accidentally zooming into your website in the chrome browser?

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for reply, no I am not on high res screen, it is an Acer monitor, or my Non Retina MacBook Pro, and no the web page is not zoomed in.

I have 3 images on the home page slider, the distortion does appearing worse when the 2 larger (taller) images are showing in the slider.

this is what I am seeing

    Many thanks

I apologize, but I’m not sure I have any real solution for you. In your screenshot, the images are not being displayed at a 1:1 pixel-density ratio, and that is most likely why you see the distortion and resulting alignment skewed.

It’s not a general Chrome issue, but something to do with your specific setup. This is why I suggested maybe you’ve accidentally zoomed past 100% in your Chrome browser, which people do all the time by accident when posting.

Have you viewed your site off the Acer monitor, on your macbook screen? Have you viewed your site on any other computers entirely?

just reset zoom and is now displaying correctly, Thanks Jason, as you said a particular issue with Chrome on zoom out.

    thanks
