Slider Transitions with No Background

I am looking for completely smooth transitions between slider images to create a type of animation effect.

The slider currently shows the background for a bit between transitions–in other words, the transitions are not completely smooth between images.

I checked some of the HTML as the slider was working, and it appears the image changes are done by decreasing the opacity of the old image, and increasing the opacity of the new image. Do you know where in the code I could alter the timing so that no background shows during the transitions?

You’re using the Theme Blvd Sliders plugin? And which slider type have you selected for your slider?
