Posts show metadata when viewing a Category

I make many posts in a Category.
I view one in Akita.
I see: Posted on Month Day, Year by Author in Category
Always, even when all metadata are set to Hide within the Theme Options.

In Alyeska this does not happen.

The Archive Page tells me to look for a Hook or a function.
Can you tell me where to look in order to turn this line of metadata for Category Archives Off in Akita or On in Alyeska?

Hello,

This is a mistake within the Akita theme. The option that should effect this is Appearance > Theme Options > Content > Archives > Show meta. But as you pointed out it’s not working as it should. I’ll get this fixed in the next update.

For now, if you’re using a Child theme, this is a pretty easy fix. Just copy content-archive.php of the main Parent theme to your Child theme and just delete this part:

	<?php themeblvd_blog_meta(); ?>
